Today's run was super easy, just getting the legs moving for a few miles. Tough to keep the pace so low but there's nothing to be gained by going any faster when the purpose is recovery. Hopefully I'll go into tomorrow with good energy for my last hard workout bef The rainy week ahead could make for a damp Patch Sprint. Perfect forecast for Saturday, though!
