An easy road run with the goal of getting to Marcy Field and running on the soft path, but I turned around when the path was flooded about a half-mile along its length. Just as well, as 5.5 miles was enough for the day (my legs are still sore but felt pretty good after 3 miles).
I'll continue to run easy for a couple days, and if my legs are fresh by Thursday I'll try to get back to the hard workout routine.
