Wednesday: Easy Double

I ran twice today, making up somewhat for taking Monday off (allergy/cold symptoms, generally run-down feeling). Keeping the pace easy allowed me to feel fresh all day and should send me into tomorrow evening's hard workout in good shape.

AM: Route 9N out and back, 3.5mi recovery run with Finn in the jogger.
PM: Hulls falls loop, 5mi easy run.

Running doubles makes sense when you want to increase weekly mileage without doing one single run that's long enough to tire you out. Here's a decent Runner's World article about running twice a day.

Total Miles: 8.5mi
Weekly So Far: 21mi
