The Mountaineer is excited to announce our newest event! Join lead guides and local mountain runners Sarah Keyes and Jan Wellford along with Salomon athlete Aliza Lapierre for two days of running, instruction and group activities designed to help you improve your trail and mountain running abilities and meet other like-minded runners.
Saturday will be filled with two group runs, two workshops, yoga, some gear talk and a delicious dinner together. On Sunday morning we'll split up into two or three groups for a long (half-day) mountain run, putting together everything we've learned and experiencing the best of the high peaks trails.
